President – Presides
over all meetings and directs club business. Supervises all
club functions. Emcees or obtains emcee for awards banquet.
Tournament
Director – Conducts all club tournament functions.
This includes the 6 regular tournaments, member mate and fall
team classic. Obtains appropriate plaques for all club awards,
creates yearly tournament maps and rules book (to be handed
out at new member night). Obtains appropriate governmental
permits for tournaments.
Co-Tournament
Director – Assist the tournament director,
takes over next year.
Secretary
– Maintains accurate minutes of all club meetings and
records.
Treasurer
– Maintains the receiving, accounting, and distribution
of club funds.
Newsletter
– Publishes monthly newsletter in timely manner.
Webmaster
– Maintains and updates the clubs web page as necessary.
