You couldn't have ordered a more perfect day...as far as the weather goes. Early on and for half the tournament, the water was dead calm. Later, there was a slight
wind but nothing that would stress anyone's trolling motor batteries. The fishing was a little tough and slow for most (myself included...I didn't catch my
first fish until an hour and a half after the start and one every hour thereafter). The best part was afterwards when a handful of us went to Billy's in Vergas
(Best rueben's around :-)~~

Here, Jim Stargel is trying to keep all the boats together as there wasn't much room at the access for everyone. It was slightly crowded but
Jim has some valet skills he put to use.

Non-Boater Winner
Non-Boater winner goes to Howard Fullhart who ended up beating his boater with a weight of 8.01 pounds. Good Job Howard and
may we all mourn the loss of Candy! (Those darn teethy critters!!! :``-(

Second Place Winner
Taking second place is Jim Stargel whose total weight was 13.05 pounds. Jim also won lunker
for the day and celebrated with those who showed up at Billy's. Thanks again Jim and Congrats!

FIRST PLACE WINNER
First place winner John Simonson won the day with a weight of 14.66 pounds. John is sitting pretty good on defending
his Mr. Bass title. Congratulations John on another great performance!
