Spitzer Lake 2008

Spitzer tournament turned out to be hot and slow for most anglers. Obviously, a few had them dialed in; but I know for myself, it wasn't like last year's event on this
same lake. I decided to live or die in the same area I did well last year....well, you can give condolences to my next of kin.

This picture shows we had a good turn out for the tournament with about 23 boats and 27 anglers participating.

Lunker and Non-Boater
Todd Bjerklie is shown here getting the Lunker and Non-Boater award plaques. Todd had a fish weighing 5.14 pounds and a total weight of 18.55 pounds putting him
in 3rd place. Pretty awesome for fishing out of the back of a boat. Good going Todd!!

Second Place
Casey Ehlert fished to take second place with a weight of 19.04 pounds. The top two place finishers where less than 1/2 pound apart from each other. Very nice Casey
on a great finish!

First Place
Gary Eichhorn fished the best and took first place by catching 19.42 pounds of fish. Congratulations Gary on a terrific performance.
